Yes. Please note that if you choose to pay by debit card, the amount you charge will be put on hold, meaning it will not be available to you once you place your order. When your order is shipped, your order total will be withdrawn from your account and the original hold will be voided.

You can check all your orders, status and tracking, by accessing your personal Biaggi account through www.biaggi.com. Login or create an account here. You can also email us at customerservice@biaggi.com.
Any order that is placed before 1:30 PM EST, will be shipped that same day. Orders placed after 1:30 PM EST will be shipped the following day, and weekend order are shipped every Monday. Our free shipping option is UPS Sure Post, which can take up to 7-10 days. We also offer UPS Ground shipping which takes 3-5 days. Biaggi is pleased to offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more that are shipped within the US. All other orders are subject to a flat rate $5 shipping fee per order. International orders will be charged shipping based on weight of items ordered.
This depends on the state that you live in. Upon checkout, you will see whether your state collects sales taxes.
At Biaggi, returns are simple and hassle free. Simply go to our returns portal here and enter your order# and email address. Follow the instructions in the portal, and you'll be able to print out a shipping label for your return. We now offer return protection for Biaggi orders in the US called Redo, which you can purchase at checkout. If you add this to your order ($1.48), you can return any item in your order for an exchange, store credit, or a refund for FREE. If you choose not to buy reurn protection, you can still return, but you will have to pay a $5 flat fee for the return label. (It will be deducted from your refund amount or paid separately in the return portal) To inquire about the status of a return you can email: customerservice@biaggi.com.
It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the UPS website.
If you are using a credit card to pay for your purchase, please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card. Also, please be aware that we currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover for credit card and/or debit card payment. Below are additional explanations for an order not going through:
- If the error message references billing address verification error, this typically indicates that the credit card company or the network they use has coded a different billing address than you provided. If you moved within the past 6-9 months, you may want to enter the old billing address and try again. Please note you may want to contact your credit card (or bank) first as each attempt will place a hold on the funds being attempted for pre-authorization.
- If the error message references the order is being refused, please contact your credit card company (or bank) to determine their reason for the refusal.
Yes! If you are outside of the US, you should see an auto-generated pop-up which asks you whether you'd like to shop in your local currency, and if you'd like us to ship to the country where you are located. Yes. When entering your shipping information during checkout, click the check box where indicated to indicate that the address you entered is a P.O. Box, APO or FPO address.
