Biaggi accepts all returns for any reason whatsoever, within 45 days of purchase. Returned items must be in brand new condition and in the original product packaging.

We now offer return protection for Biaggi orders in the US called Redo, which you can purchase at checkout. If you add this to your order ($1.48), you can return any item in your order for an exchange, store credit, or a refund for FREE. 

If you choose not to buy reurn protection, you can still return, but you will have to pay a $5 flat fee for the return label. (It will be deducted from your refund amount or paid separately in the return portal)

Should a return be necessary due to a manufacturers defect or a warranty claim, Biaggi will pay for 100% of the return no matter what, even if it is outside of the 45 day return window. Please contact us at customerservice@biaggi.com to discuss your defective product or to submit a warranty claim.
