Refund policy

Biaggi accepts all returns for any reason whatsoever, within 45 days of purchase. Returned items must be in brand new condition and in the original product packaging. For US orders of $100 or more, returns are free. For US returns on all other orders, we offer a reduced rate $5 shipping label. For International orders please contact customerservice@biaggi.com

Should a return be necessary due to a manufacturers defect or a warranty claim, Biaggi will pay for 100% of the return. Please contact us at customerservice@biaggi.com to discuss your defective product or to submit a warranty claim.

Refunds:
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days from when we receive your return

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
