This 2-in-1 bag starts as an under-seat sized "personal item" and expands a full 7" to become a full sized carry-on. Purchasing gifts or souvenirs during your trip? Simply unzip the top lid, pull open the fabric, and within seconds you'll have a full-sized 22" carry-on! The expanded compartment includes an interior zipper, allowing you to keep items separated between the top and the bottom, or unzip it to create one large packing area.

Four exterior zippered pockets, including 2 zippered side pockets with easy access to travel items including water bottles
Spacious carry-on compartment includes two inner mesh zippered pockets, elasticated tie down straps, and a padded notebook/laptop sleeve for laptops up to 13.5"
Durable water and tear-resistant fabric
When expanded, the top carry handle becomes a rear sleeve for the trolley handle to slide through, keeping the back of the bag secure

I think Biaggi Luggage is Superb. At this time I just didn't have a need for it. I actually purchased it for My Son. He said it was practical. Just not for the trip He was taking at this time. I returned it, but somehow in the future I think I'm going to need to buy it again.

Exactly what I was looking for, a bag that can be used underneath the seat or as a carry on. On my recent trip I used it as a carry on fully expanded.
I wish it had a trolley strap or sleeve to be able to stack it on a larger suitcase when it’s in the smaller under seat size.

I needed a tiny suitcase
